I hate walking. I am so insecure walking that I feel people around

actually, I don't like people watching me walking either.. ..the way
I swing my arms or something.. ..I have to put my right hand in my
pocket, let my left had swing free.. ..if I try to let my right hand
swing free.. ..it feels all awkward and deliberate.. ..I can't just
relax and forget about it.. ..I'm too very conscious of it..

I know the feeling. I get conscious of my walking sometimes, but not
very often. Still it is less unpleasant than to feel hostility.
