This makes me wonder where Nooncat is.
it did me too when i typed it ,
but that's our noon cat when he's in good health ,
you don't see him here much , lets hope its why now

yea it is but i'm not sure if that's why ,
i'm just saying its been a 10 year pattern ,
i'm hoping this new job he got has ,
open some social in person avenues for him

i ate better today and i exercised tonight. :)
keep it simple
my real goal is to begin getting up 45 minutes earlier in the mornings and
doing it then. we'll see if i can actually accomplish that. 5:45 comes
pretty dang early!
