On the plus side though.... |
my neck seems to have got better on it's own. Not 100% better, I still
get shooting pain if I move my head the wrong way, but I haven't got
that 7/10 incredible aching pain that used to make me not want to move
at all for an hour, then go away again.
(touching a lot of wood right now - I haven't had the pain since this
time yesterday, hopefully it doesn't come back)
I'll still go see the physiotherapist tomorrow, I'm sure there's still
something wrong and hopefully she can fix it. But I'm really, really
glad the pain has gone away.

More good news! Hey, are you having trouble handling all this good
stuff? ;-) Seriously, I'm glad for you....back/neck pain is awful.
I'll be looking for an update about your physiotherapist appointment.
