Once your bobber gets to the surface, you can grow some wings and start to soar. |
Continuing on with the bobber analogy, once you've reached the surface
and breathed some air you start to grow some wings. You go to do your
disputing of irrational beliefs and you find it hard to discover one.
But don't stop. They are there because irrational beliefs are lies
and the truth is exposed to you by throwing off those lies.
When you start to use your wings you start to bring yourself to higher
levels of consciousness and at some point you will look down and see
the bottom of the lake and think to yourself "look what I've done".
It's a feeling of satisfaction that you cannot receive from any drug.
You can only give it to yourself.
Don't stop believin'
hold onto that feelin' - Journey

You can only give it to yourself.
I wish you well, and I wish you peace, and I wish you luck in finding
whatever it is you're looking for.

Once it gets long enough you can go ***** yourself.

The opinions given above may be mine. They might also
just be what I feel like saying right now, okay?

You're hopeless to listening to ANYONE else's opinion or experience.
I think you're losing it, posting so obsessively and going on and on,
as if you have racing thoughts. Better get a prescription to help you
with that.
