I've got one more Beck's Premier Light in the refrigerator. I think I'll do
the laundry and then reward myself with a refreshing cold beer.

I like to burn off all the calories in a beer by lifting up to 10 lbs of
clothes and then folding shirts for 10 minutes. It's some good cardio.
