one hour... |
til they arrive for bunko. i'm sitting down for 5 minutes before getting
busy again. i still need to throw some chili together. we're having baked
potatoes with ALL the fixings, salad and desserts.
my uncle passed away today around noon. :( turns out his wife was buried a
year ago TODAY. i've always heard that it's common for couples to die
within a year of each other. my grandparents did. now my aunt and uncle.
i'm having crazy back pain today. enough that it's made me cry a few times
because i can't get any relief for it. i think it's the fibro because it
mostly just feels like my entire back is completely on fire. i took some
vicodin earlier, but it's not even phasing it. another reason to believe
it's the fibro. i wish there was something i could take to relieve the
pain. :/ it's like when you are exercising and you hold a position so long
that the muscle feels like it's on fire. so you stop holding the position,
right? so that the burning sensation goes away. only, this burning won't
go away no matter what position i try. sometimes it's flat out unbearable.
:( i'm going to take another vicodin in a few minutes. and after bunko,
i'm going to lie down in an extremely hot bath.
oh well, i need to get moving again. it felt so good to sit for a moment.
thanks for listening to me ramble...

I know that feeling u2b. I am having a major flair as well. My
heart is with you and I hope that we both find an answer to our flair
soon. I hope that your family is going to heal quickly and that you
all will grow closer together through the pain of your uncle passing.
Good luck.

Got Xanax. I use it for back pain, and if yours is from odd posture
due to rib injury it may be something similar to mine.

a friend of mine has sciatica with a herniated disk, or is that disc?
anyway, it's herniated, which sound like the vertebrae equivalent of a,
err, hernia.
so yeh, i know someone who knows how you feel
my mouth still hurts, i'm still *****, but codeine is finally winning
