Don't you think its a good idea? Instead of buying your kids video
games to play, or setting them loose into the devilish world of online
chat. People could buy a computer program like "Eliza", that was
operated by real people who would counsel kids and help facillitate
healthy growth.
They have people you can talk to already called Life Coaches which
charge big bucks on 1900 numbers. But shouldn't there be a way to
create healthy atmospheres online for free? Our Tax Dollars Could pay
for it.
I'm tired of unmoderated usenet, and I'm even more tired of getting
into a moderated group where there is a network of friends already
present who don't know me, and conspire to intimidate and manipulate
me, or ban me for no reason.
I guess there is myspace, but none of my 'friends' like to talk to me
either.

this is the problem with the internet, it brings people together yet it
doesent. Meeting people face to face is what many people miss these days,
we crave it but think that its a craving for something else entirely..
ie. new car, bigger house, more consumables..
The net is a great thing dont get me wrong, but we need to focus on the
local community also.. people are scared to meet new people coz theyve
been stuck on the net for their whole lives.. sad. they arent depressed,
theyre just lonely. heh.

Do you wonder why, Corey?
Do you really wonder why you were banned?
If so, you are more pathetic than I thought.

I do wonder why, but I knew from the start that it was inevitable that
I would be banned. It happens whenever I join a group, and it isn't
like I am trying to troll. People just don't like to talk to me
because I have mental illness. And I am really and truly sorry that I
hurt your feelings.
Hey, you know what. You could start a Life Coaching buisness. I feel
like you all did a good job on positive magic, and I got a whole lot of
help from being in that atmosphere. And I don't have any hard feelings
about leaving.
Life Coaches just neen to have more tolerance for mental illness in the
real world, and set out with the goal of talking to mentally ill
people. Which you guys were not really trying to do. So that's the
reason I feel I was banned.
But if we actually train people to talk to the mentally ill, and teach
them a Script to talk with them it would work wonderfully. You can
just have a Cyborg, instead of Eliza. (I hope you are still
listening). on AOL the technical support people use Cyborgs. They
have all of the questions you could possibly asked already answered,
and with the click of a mouse their AI comes up with a handfull of
possible sollutions that the technical support people can pick from.
Instead of just actually making there people chat with their users for
free. And they offer technical support 24/7

I've got the real source code to Alice now!, and have 'plans' I wrote
to make a cyborg using it. The reason no one has made other
modifactions to alice is because the phd's who are writting open source
software are specialize in writing spaghetti that can't be understood.
Just to mock people who are reverse engineers. Each new version of the
code is spaghetti enhanced and often doesn't have any new functions but
just a few features, bugs, and loopholes. LOL
Well if you want the real source code I can send it to you, and it is
easy to understand. I wanted to do something for you for that birthday
you have comming up. Just tell me if you want me to send it over.
It is written in PHP and uses a MYSQL back-end.

You seem to suffer from the belief that everyone wants to help
you, and that because you are mentally ill, you can behave badly
and not suffer highly predictable social consequences.
Why not stop expecting the world to conform to you, and ask
yourself how you could adjust your own behavior to find greater
social acceptance?

On 12 Aug 2006 10:18:22 -0700,
muttered
intensely:

I do wonder why,

Compare and contrast to the rest of the sentence;

but I knew from the start that it was inevitable that I would be banned.

Is there any acceptance of your own behavior?
If you knew that it was inevitable that you would be banned, then
a> why did you join in the first place, and
b> Why didn't you limit your behavior so as to decrease the chances
that you would be banned?

It happens whenever I join a group, and it isn't like I am trying to troll.

Look straight at that 'man in the mirror'.
As I said just before you got banned:
"I don't see a lot of dialog with Corey. The man doesn't
'communicate', in that communication requires one to LISTEN as much as
they speak. Corey simply spews every random thought that enters his
head, without regard for how insane, inane or completely mindless it
may be. The man seriously needs a "shut the hell up" filter - and a
new hobby."
IT IS YOUR BEHAVIOR, COREY. Stop pretending that it's other people.

People just don't like to talk to me because I have mental illness.

No, the problem is that you don't know how to control yourself. You
don't listen to others, you can't follow simple instructions or obey
other people's personal boundaries.

Life Coaches just neen to have more tolerance for mental illness in the
real world, and set out with the goal of talking to mentally ill
people. Which you guys were not really trying to do. So that's the
reason I feel I was banned.

Translation: "You weren't spending all your time and energy
accomodating my mental illness."
Ain't our job, Corey.

I know how you feel.
I feel mostly the same.

I guess there is myspace, but none of my 'friends' like to talk to me
either.

Expecting groups of personality disordered people to form
healthy groups isn't even idealistic, it's naive. Support groups
on the net are some of the most toxic social environments known
to human kind.

I wonder why.
