In them, you see other people, strangers whom you will never know, all
having a hell of a time and whooping it up in life, while I am a
disgraced pariah without friends and with no frivolity in your own
life. It bums me out.
I don't even have a digital camera, and given my tenuous employment
ever since I was hideously disgraced some years ago, I may never be
able to afford replacing my 1970s film camera that an older relative
gave to me.
From others' online albums, you can see they will marry and have
children some day; they'll fit into the paradigm. I will be an object
of pity or derision, depending on the nature of the person thinking of
you.
