Wearing shorts, short sleeves and no shoes while stripping wood was
not a wise choice....
And why is it that the minute you put on the gloves, and start
slathering the stuff on, your nose itches? and your ears itch... and
your cheek itches. and a lock of hair falls in your eyes and your nose
runs. and your back itches, which means you spread the stuff all over
your clothes.
and of course you're not used to refraining from scratching itches.
so you don't realize what you've done for about 5 minutes. Then it
hits.

Yep, but what I hate is when you put on your motorcycle helmet on a hot day,
take off on the bike at 100 ks on the motorway and the top of your head
starts itching. Ahhhh FARK - thats a killer itch.

uhhh. don't have any. I've gained weight and now only have one pair
of pants that fit--jeans, too hot in this weather.
More pants arriving soon (mail order).
Get this for Darwin-in-action: Today, I was using an old ratty folding
chair to stand on. Some globs of paint stripper fell on it, soaked
into the upholstery.
I sat on it...
In my shorts.
(don't you dare feel sorry for me!)

the other alternative would be to laugh myself stupid, but that would be
cruel and insensitive to laugh at the misfortune of a friend.
