ot: wisdom tooth |
i've got a wisdom tooth lower-right, and it is pushing through the gums.
It's all painful. It's really sore and I can feel the skin twinge as
the tooth tries to push up through it. I sit there and meditate, trying
to convince the tooth to continue and convince the skin to relax and let
the tooth come through. But it's all really painful, itchy and wierd.
As the twinges are felt, my sight gets this flash of lightening, as if
nerves are shorting out around my head. little sparks appear in my
sight at the same time as the twinges.
Anyhow. Just thought I'd tell you. I haven't read about millipedes in
a while and thought you'd like another commentary to get into.

interesting, because my teeth are absolutely killing me. i am going to the
dentist as soon as possible. i think i have an abcess. mine appears to be
on the upper right, but the lower right hurts as well.
i have been taking 1 gram tylenol every 4 hours. it's kind of a gnawing
pain. more of a pain in the *****, than real legitimate pain.
the good news is that i slept 4 hours less than usual due to the aching.

I remember that, I put up with the pain of my wisdom teeth coming in, one
single tooth at a time for a number of months. Especially the occasional
chew that crunched down on them...
I spent about a week recovering from having them all removed. It was
probably one of the least painful invasive medical procedures I've ever had.
I really didn't need the painkillers at all, but I took them out of a sense
of duty.

few days though thank goodness. growth spurts? i don't know.

it probably is growth spurts, sometimes the body makes the wrong
decision and builds more gum on top I guess, rather than let it thin-out.

i've had 4 teeth removed, so this fella has got all the space in the
world to come through... it refuses... lil 'bugger.
if that cavity is too bad for mending, don't fear removal. it's not as
bad as you think...

it's for adults too. great stuff!

Unqualified by a word such as 'dental', it's a tool rather like a file,
but with larger teeth, for working wood.

the ones they used on me looked like miniature barbed-wire Christmas
trees. When the anesthetic worked, it was odd having my teeth filed
from the inside out, but, and don't go cold on me, it was weirdly
satisfying having all that painful hell being taken out. Strangely
fulfilling.
Not that i'm in a hurry to go back, it does hurt to start with, but they
make sure you don't feel it if you keep pointing it out, but because i
was in so much pain already, it was part of the curve none-the-less....
