partial day 2 |
i worked on suicidal ideation as an addictive process. i hadn't
really thought of it as an addiction before. in its own way it
is, though. and one that's been building in strength, taking
over, until i can get a handle on it and replace it with a
healthier behavior. by now, it's flooding all of my senses on a
frequent basis. i'm trying to supplant it with multisensory
imagery. i hope it starts to help soon.
