partial intake |
it went ok. i'll be working with my favorite therp there. i just
hope they make an exception again and let me continue with my
regular therp and pdoc on days off from partial. i usually go to
partial the recommended three days per week. it's too intensive
for most people to handle every day.
the therp was hopeful that things might turn around, or at least
improve for me during my stint there. in all the times i've been
there, i've almost always improved greatly. the other few times,
i ended up in-patient, but at least i had someone helping me
through that decision. maybe at least my basic self-care will
improve. i'm having trouble eating, drinking, bathing when i
should. i looked about as bad as i felt for my intake, and for
once didn't care. i'm looking forward to seeing what monday will
bring.

thank you rhiannon. i'm hoping this helps to at least improve my
level of self-care. i have to get up and dress and bathe, etc.
when i go there, and they serve lunch so i'll be eating better,
at least three days a week.
