I've been on a much lower dose of Paxil now (30 MG vs 60) for 3 months,
and the laziness has not gone away. For those of you who quit or
reduced, how long did it take for the laziness to wear off?

I've been having a lot of trouble focusing on tasks, and getting work
done in the last 3 years. I have always had trouble in this area but it
seems a lot worse. I spent whole days surfing the web at work and lost
my job. I also have not been exercising, paying bills, even doing fun
things like reading books or going to the beach. I spend a lot of time
surfing the internet or tweaking my computer.

I realized recently that the problems started about the time I raised
my dose of Paxil from 20 or 30 mg to 40, 50, then 60. It was to deal
with the stress of becoming a parent. I tend to lose my temper too much
and it does help me very much to accept difficulties or complaints.

The connection seems clear to me but my psych is skeptical and "loss of
focus" is not listed as a side effect of Paxil. I have seen some people
on this ng claiming similar problems.

looked at AHDH treatment (w/o success), but it seems to have
