please advice |
1- when I get really bored and down or overhelm with lots of things I
think I have to do I feel instant mild dizziness and sometiems feel
shaky..
1- what is the biological reason of this annoying feeling? blood
pressure gos low? what chemical in body happen?
2- what can I do in this situations? what is the light pills I can
use?
3- what is the best food to take in these moments? sweet? salty? etc?

Could be any number of things, from hypoglycemia to panic disorder. If
dizziness and shakiness are the only two symptoms you experience, I'd
guess the former, in which case sugar and/or starch would be proper. But
make sure you get this diagnosed by a physician before you engage in self-treatment.

Just try to eat a normal, balanced meal, and follow the pyramid. Are you in
therapy? It might be helpful to talk with someone about some of these
feelings.
As far as meds, its hard to tell, am not quite sure what your diagnosis is.
If you're experiencing post-traumatic stress, low blood pressure can be a
symptom. Have you ever had to take heart medication?
