Ooh this is a cool upgrade. They also didn't get me my copy until
yesterday so I get a free copy of either iLife or iWork. I already work
enough. ;)
Dashboard is amazing.
Now, I just have to wait for the rest of the mac world to update all the
software to work properly with this new OS. But most of the software I
run on this machine is either free and provided by Apple or is open source.
I get better battery life now and the performance is better but not
knock your socks off. I also don't get all the fancy eye candy, my video
card is too old for the eye candy. Probably for the best anyhow - it's
faster this way.
