You seem to be ten and a half hours 'ahead' of GMT (which is my time zone)
so your ten AM is my 11:30 PM . I'm writing this at almost half past
midnight on Thursday morning.

hope you guys have a pleasant night

i'm going to have a mid morning nap!

(just for a change)

I think I'll be hitting the pillow soon :))

in my time zone, 6 am for the folks in california/west coast us.
i don't suggest adjusting your sleep clock, anyway. i finally
fell asleep at about 8:30 am.
