St Petersburg doesn't get the snow so much as the slush! Urgh! Grey low
skies, fumes from cars and factories, drizzle or melting snow 4- 5 days a
week, sunrise at 10 am and sunset at 4 pm - a typical winter's day. Its
awful. At least here I get lots of sunlight and fresh air, birds waking me
up in the morning, and nevermind the damn possum that tries to eat my
breadmix late at night - t climbs in through the windows, the *****.
Apart from the slush (and we sometimes get a bit of that) not too different
from London; our air is 'clean', but not kind to asthmatics, and I don't
think it gets as cold here as St Petersburg.
I prefer Tasmania, though- it gets 4 seasons a year (unlike 2 up here- the
wet and the dry), and its breathtakingly beautiful.
I'm glad I'm not a pig; there isn't any good wallowing-mud around here.
:) I used to hav 2 piglets (for a month). they loved dog biscuits.
Heh :))
BTW< I am getting a nasty crick in the neck and sore wirst - my BF has
snuggled up to me on the cushion pile (aka computer workstation) and fell
asleep. He looks so cute :).. but I can't move.
awww <slushy moment>
Hope you are feeling a bit better today :)

Thankyou :))
Been a strange couple of days - I'll probably post a bit about it.
