I'm trying to brush up on my programming skills but I can never seem to
come
up with a good idea that I can do for practice. Anybody have any ideas
for
programming exercises I could do? Thanks!

I've actually used it some before but I don't want to use it now. I wanna
just use plain old BASIC.
well, I have plenty of idea for VB...
I haven't done anything in Basic for a long time... Except for using the
foundation to learn other programs.

That's cool. Just tell me some of your ideas and I will adapt them to what
I'm using. I'm just mainly looking for interesting programming ideas
because I can't seem to come up with much on my own.

No, no windows at all. I'm using the Firstbasic dos compiler from
powerbasic. I mostly use it in Linux too under the dos emulator but also
use it some under windows 98SE in dos mode.
