haven't you heard about postmodernism? throw away those calculus texts, and
smoke some weed. c'mon, can we trust the same scientists that bring us half
baked theories like Pilt Down Man and 26 dimensional string theory?
seriously though, i've never thought that science has all the answers. but
i'm not a big fan of numerology either. i suspect that Ilya Shambat was not
taking himself too seriously in that post. and of course 1111 isn't
particularly profound outside of radix 10. now the primes are a different
matter entirely (quantum chaos, random matrix theory, etc).
