Sometimes they are just incompatible. Sometimes there's
extrinsic motivations (info. hoarding at work, etc.)

Why I don't like some people.
Because they hurt me.
Because I think they likely will hurt me.

Basically the people I dislike are on my ***** list for a reason...they
proved themselves to be worthless assholes by words and/or by deeds. Just
the way it goes.

worthless people. wow, you're a mean one.
I can see people with whom I disagree, people I don't trust, people
who have different values than I.
But people without any intrinsic worth? wow.

Right now I'm tending towards there being people of negative worth.
People who make the place worse than it would be without them.

I've been thinking about this post a lot since I sent it. I did CPR
on a guy one time, a stranger. Maybe I should have said "no, he's a
worthless ***** hole" and walked away. Maybe a bunch of those people in
Indonesia/Sri Lanka were worthless ***** holes, and now the world is a
better place without them.

And who gets to decide this?
Does this mean you support the death penalty?

The death penalty is always wrong,in my opinion...the only question
is,what if it is someone like Hitler, and you could kill him in
1932?That's a tough one...but I think it would be good if someone did
kill him then...Many millions of lives would have been saved...

With me...I usually have a lot of mixed feelings...I get angry
certainly, sometimes I dislike certain behaviors that I see in other
people, often I think I see things in other people that remind me of
parts of my self that I dislike.I think that's often a reason that we
dislike/are angry/uncomfortable with people-we see too much of
ourselves in them...very rarely do I dislike someone completly, where
it's not mixed with others feelings as well...I certainly agree with
you that EVERYONE has intrinsic worth...

Yep. I'm a mean one I guess. Too many hard knocks. Tangled with enough
people over the course of nearly four decades of life who oozed nothing but
toxicity. I lost interest in even trying to find anything redeeming in those
folks. Not worth the bother.
