i'd call your doctor on that one. it sounds like you're allergic
to something, and it may be the remeron.

Are you taking it in pill form or the orally disintegrating tabs? How
long have you been taking Remeron? Did you just change your doseage? How
long do you have this reaction, or are you taking it to aid with
sleep...so you just go to sleep and wake up itch free...
Perhaps some visine might help, if it's a recent change in dose and you
simply need some time to get used to it.
Conjunctivitis and keratoconjunctivitis (inflamation of the cornea
and/or the mucous membrane that lines the inner surface of the eyelids)
is listed as an *INFREQUENT* side effect that the manufacturer has
documented in their prescribing information.
....or it may be something like Remeron jump starting an allergy. We've
got lots of pollen here.

You could try taking the oral kind, it doesn't have a generic and may be a
little better as far as stability, I would mention any reaction to your
doctor immediately.
