Going to Indiana in two weeks for a brief visit. Will be wonderful! I
haven't been home in Autumn in four years. That's so crazy. And my Daddy

Well, sometimes for me the yammering
thoughts turn out to be the least
important part of what's going on --
even when they're very noisy thoughts.
Your heart was in tune and you were
physically there for her, learning to
change a bed while she was in it and all
that you did for her. That's the very
most important part, imo. I think I know
what you mean about "congestion", though.

Sometimes it's hard to know what will comfort a person you don't know
who's missing their loved one who's passed.
My grandfather, whom I cared for villigently until he died in 1987, was
a wonderful, wonderful man whom I'll miss, perhaps forever. I am a
believer in something and I have to think that the energy we exchanged,
the love we gave one another as grandfather/granddaughter, a
relationship so appropriate and so missed, will live in me, and all of
the wonderful things he gave me while he was living will carry on
within me, and now my children will experience it, through him through
me, amd so on. These are one of the aspects of life and death I cling
to that is positive.
Your grandmother loved you as you loved her so and that's an energy
that will never disappear while you'll move on.
Thank you for being good to her.
