Off to the Canaries on Thursday for a fortnight. I may even try
swimming, if the anxiety levels allow.

Canada and the US are wonderful places, Australia is
too.
I've driven over 20,000 km in both the US and Canada.
Bears are an interesting one, don't get to see a
lot, deers in folks front lawns, yeah.
England has some interesting places up in the Lakes
District. Fairly beautiful.
I don't think I want to live there.
"Life in a Northern Town", a song that
comes to mind.
I live in Australia which has a fairly harsh climate
during summer ... it's all where you are born,

Before my ex & I split we were planning a trip to the Great Barrier

but isn't most of it desert?

I knew you asked him but since it wasn't in email, I assumed you
didn't mind others reading it & replying, I asked "Why would you

think

that?" out of curiosity.
