Hi I have acute depression with that I get severe mostly non triggered
panic attacks I am due to have a Nuclear Medicine Datscan
Can scanning show up abnormalities that show acute depression panic
attacks by the by I have drug induced Parkinsonism too caused by Major
Tranquiliser Zyprexa
My Panic Attacks occurs all over the place I am NOT stable at all I
very much doubt I will be able to proceed with Scans in which case my
Psychiatrist will dump me for not complying they just do not understand
I am on Benzo bromazeapam 3mg x times daily Depakote Solian Kenadrin

Those appear to be ?German? drug names, so I'm not certain what you're
specifically on. It appears to be some form of benzodiazepine, a mood
stabilizer (the depakote), no idea about "Solian and Kenadrin", but
inderal is well known.
What is it about the CAT scan that makes you nervous? Have you expressed
to your psychiatrist the reasons that it is such a big concern for you?
I know that many people have difficulty with the sense of confinement in
the CAT scan tunnel. If this is your concern you should ask the
diagnostic imaging techs/your psychiatrist about it.

I wonder if she has restless leg syndrome. I was on that Zyprexa, only
for a month. Risperdal and abilify too. Something gave it to me. A
cruel thang, really.
I don't think imaging can show neurological disorders yet, can it?
Sounds like star trek medicine. Of course, it can show ...ya know..the
blastomas.
