It surprised me quite nicely as a very well done horror film, despite
the (witty) light comedy approach. However the copy being distributed
in Spain has a glitch in the English dialogue - it's out of sync with
the image. Everything else is OK: the dubbed Spanish dialogue, the
original English dialogue in the comments, extras and outtakes, etc, so
I suppose the mistake above was due to someone being in a big hurry and
not checking things twice. It spoils the DVD for me, tough :-(
I might try Amazon but I'm not quite sure DVDs for the British market
work over here - although they should share the same area code...

I certainly wouldn't want to sit through it, if it were reversed.

It certainly should work.
I just checked - all the 'foreign' DVDs I have are British versions,
apart from a US one, which plays despite being a different region. Most
DVD players here are multi-region nowadays, I don't know how it is in
Spain.
