Slept in today |
Woke with my early med alarm and went back to sleep. Slept until
after 11. Now, less than two hours later, I need a nap. I never
really woke up, and I'm getting drowsier by the minute. Too
weird.

Have you ever considered using a traffic bollard as a butt plug?

If I sleep in I usually need an early nap. It doesn't seem to make any
sense, but it happens all the same.

At least I'm not alone. I don't think I even slept, just laid
there with my eyes closed, but it seemed to help. I've been
pretty productive since.

I've had a lot of naps like that recently. I'd try to get to sleep, then
give up half an hour later, only to find two hours have passed.
