I know a few people here have taken this at different times for bipolar.
I've been taking it for over 2 years for epilepsy, but I'm due to start
weaning off it soon.
Current dose is 600mg, reduced a few months ago from 800mg.
If anyone has weaned off this before, can they let me know if there are any
possible side effects I should look out for. I will be doing the wean
slowly because I know seizures are a possibility, but other than that my
doctor didn't give me a lot of info. He did say Keppra, the first med I
weaned off would be the easier of the two, so I'm wondering what about
valproate might not be easy.
Any info would be appreciated.
