St John's Wort can also trigger mania in some people. I tried SJW
once, but I had to stop because I became euphoric and my mind raced
out of control (a hypomanic episode).

Don't worry i know he will not leave me in this critical situation.
He is here to help me to find a solution on my problems. Co'z
he will not gave this if he think i cannot tackle and survive. All
what i have done and to be done i always consult him for his
guidance. I need only to relax my mind to think more.

Such as laughing is also a great help in depression and Bible.

I understand, but if you want medication that will help you, you need to see
a psychiatrist. There is no shortcut. You can try experimenting with
over-the-counter remedies, such as
St. John's Wort
5-HTP
L-Tryptophan
SAM-e
One of them might work, and they are reasonable places to start. However,
I'd really recommend you see a psychiatrist to discuss your problems, and
examine your options.

Thank you for your advise, but i'm in good mind.
I feel only this coz he forcing me to return back all.
Where i asked him to give an allowable time to
return back all of this. I'm also a victim, I trust and
they also trust me. What can i do, the only thing
i wanted to is to survive. But time not allow me, i'm
a victim of spammer co'z as i said I trust. How many
times did i told him, give me more days to find. But why
as i felt any moment he will kill me. Where i'm afraid of.
