I've squeeked out of being evicted from my flat, which is good. But
there's still a nack to this "life" thing that I don't seem to have.

Starting a course of CBT tomorrow - or at least, seeing the therapist for
the first time.

Be honest and up front. They can't get you sorted otherwise.

I think the trick is going to be describing the problems I want to deal
with so that the therp understands, and then letting the CBT have a fair
chance of working.

My problem was that I only found out the words to use after I'd spoken
to the psychiatrist: He told me what they were.

A lot of CBT is common sense, according to the psych I did it with, and
he taught it.

Well the first meeting went OK; we seem to be on similar wavelengths at
least, which is a good start.

That's a lot of it. You've got a winning bond; you just have to see what
ERNIE gives you as a prize. Competence would be good. :)
