Have been doing ok today, I saw my case worker and we talked some about
patience, about med management, goal setting, and so forth. Have been
experiencing some anxiety today but better overall. I am mostly back on the
main regimen, except for being on 10 mg Diazepam, which I hope to go off of
in the next couple of months or so. Have beeen pleased with my meds except
for not feeling really focused and hearing a lot of noise. Sometimes I still
get impulsive too, but it will eventually work itself out. I have been
staying pretty busy and have a project to do with a new website, for my
illness, which I am looking forward to. Hope that everyone is ok.
