Still in CONTRA Costa COUNTY IN CONCORD CALIFORNIA.
It had been a few months since the last UPDATE of what THESE SO CALLED
LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS has been doing to me. It seemingly was
peaceful of a few months. That is peaceful to a point where I could
sleep without nightly disruption. Now it has once again started up. I
am still the target of these so called law enforcement officers who
have sworn to get me and make sure that things happen to me. This
treatment has been going on now for over 3-4 YEARS! These people have
been heard to make comments to the effect that too bad that I won't
commit suicide. I have been promised to be hurt and worse if and when
that they get hands on me. These so called officers along with other
law enforcement officers have had their eyes etc on me and
investigating for years. These people have tried to investigate me
and keep hanging on to me trying everything in and out of the book
especially out of the book. I have been and still am TERRORIZED. My
family has also received threats to our health and well being. Even
our beloved family dog has been threatened.
Also these so called law enforcement officers these people found new
places to hide and still out of monitor range. 1 big thing is that I
am suppose to be bothering this excuse of a family that started all
this trouble and conspiracy and hate crimes. Each time that this
family sees me outside it is quick to call these so called law
enforcement officers and make things up. This CONSPPIRACY and HATE
CRIMES have now existed over a few years and law enforcement refuses
to put an end to their crime wave and false reports. I am watched
24/7/365. With that kind of coverage how am I supposed to do a thing?
I am to be abducted and arrested and removed from my home of over 32
years. These so called officers have REFUSED to make direct contact
and NO law enforcement agency has ever come to talk to me about any
problems they have concerns with. I have been in contact with CONCORD
police just to keep checking of what if anything is out for me and
each time been told free and clear. Police have instructed me since
the beginnings DO NOT go outside to TALK to these people as they
REFUSE TO IDENTIFY THEMSLEVES.
I NEVER HAD THE DECENCY OF PROPER CONTACT. These people have NEVER at
any time ringed my bell of knocked on my door. I have been judged,
tried, convicted, sentenced without so much as being talked to and at
least to be treated like with the decency and respect of a normal
human being with complete with feelings. These people are still using
some high tech things to gaze through my windows to see how I am
sleeping and or doing what in my own bed under covers with drapes
drawn This is INVASION of privacy, ELECTRONIC INVASION OF PRIVACY.
WE have NO PRIVACY in our own home and therefore we are NOT safe in
our own home. We have our home bugged with both audio and video
devices. Just because I sleep with my hands under covers with a hand
on lower stomach area they have been heard to say I keep thinking of
those little boys who are now bigger than me across the street. These
so called offers are really upset at that since they can not use
devices to see me under covers.
I am still followed on and off and when I walk the dog I see a group
of these people following at a distance that I have to walk quickly as
possible regardless of the physical / medical pain it causes to avoid
getting hurt. Some of the newest things I am suppose to be faking
disabilities and medical problems.
I can NOT walk very much; just walking dog around block is taxing. I
can NOT stay on my feet more than a very short period of time. I can
NOT carry more than a few pounds at a time. I am weak in arms and
legs. My hip and left side is painful and reduces movement. I have
general weakness. This is on top of the heart attacks and strokes
that this situation and these so called law enforcement officers have
done to me. These terrorist with badges know I have life threatening
health/medical condition. This is including cromes and ulcerative
colitis.
Every night especially after the midnight hours I am being watched
through unknown devices when I am in bed. I keep hearing these voices
of these PERVERTS of would be law enforcement aka these so called law
enforcement officers as such comments of look how he is in bed and
where his hands are. Look at him underneath his covers among other
comments of sexual nature. I realize it is there wishful thinking,
but this CONSPIRACY has gone on long enough. There has NEVER at any
time any effort by law enforcement made to come directly up to me and
talk to me. There has been every effort made to keep me scared and
cause me to have attacks serious enough to seek medical treatment. I
have been followed into hospitals, medical offices and around. I have
also have been watched while being hospitalized. There has been 1
time that someone was asked to leave the floor and quit watching me as
told by a male nurse.
My room is still illegally bugged and ALL privacy in our house is
denied including private times such as bathroom, changing clothes,
getting ready for bed, being in bed watching television, reading and
or playing cards. These people are now accusing me of thinking of
those kids and that family across the street in the most disgusting
horrendous unspeakable perverted nature and trying to still make me
out as a child molester and a child bothered. These perverts of the so
called law enforcement world use some type of devices to view inside
my room and look at exact locations of body parts on me to watch for
activity. This action shows conspiracy, illegal frame up, and illegal
invasion of privacy.
This conspiracy started by the Roy W family is illegal and I am being
DENIED legal protection as sought after. This family has started on
this conspiracy of false accusations ever since they moved here 6
years ago. Plenty of times I have made police reports including of
going to the police station in person. NOT once has anyone been out
to make them stop and leave us alone.
I am being stalked, terrorized, by these SO CALLED LAW ENFORCEMENT
OFFICERS. In CONCORD CALIFORNIA and in CONTRA Costa COUNTY this has
been allowed to happen.
I am asking for the public help in stopping these unprofessional
practices and harassment. Please email and write & send mail to all
public agencies and local, county and state government as well as
federal government. These so called law enforcement officers REFUSE
to come up to the door when we are awake and around and REFUSED to
make proper contact as proper officers. I HAVE BEN TOLD BY LEGAL
OFFICALS NEVER TO COME OUTSIDE TO THOSE WHO REFUSE TO IDENTIFY
THEMSELVES AND OR REFUSE TO MAKE PROPER CONTACT.
THESE PEOPLE SO CALLED LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS HAVE NEVER ONCE
BOTHERED TO MAKE PROPER CONTACT IN THE LEAST EVEN AS LITTLE AS
STOPPING ME WHEN THEY SEE ME OUTSIDE MY HOME. THEY STILL CLIMB ON MY
ROOF AND SPY ON MY FAMILY. THEY VIOLATE POSTED NO TRESSPASSING SIGNS,
PRIVATE PROPERTY KEEP OFF SIGNS.
I have had my life, health, family, pet threatened by them if they
ever got hands on me. I know and am scared that they will carry out
these threats and plans to make me suffer untold agony before killing
me.
This is how they proved me correct that they lie when THEY SAY"ALL WE
WANT TO DO IS TO TALK TO HIM ALL WE WANT TO DO IS TO HELP HIM. I JUST
WANT TO TALK TO HIM." They are trying to KILL me by using my MEDICAL
CONDITION AGAINST ME! They already admittedly caused major health
problems including multiple heart attacks. Obviously they want me to
commit suicide.
I am begging on bended knee that ever reader contacts, write, email,
regular mail, local congress member, senate member, Law enforcement
(hopefully honest people), local, county, state and federal government
official, contact every media possible and ask them to look for
themselves. And anything and everyone else that can please help.
This is quite obviously by behavior that when these so called law
enforcement officers say that they just want to talk and or just want
to help is by proven demonstration by actions what they really mean.
THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO INTENTION EVEN ON THE MOST MICROSCOPIC LEVEL OF
HONEST HELP AND JUST WANT TO TALK. THESE PEOPLE NEVER AT ANYTIME HAVE
COME UP DIRCTLY TO ME. NEVER TO MY DOOR and or NEVER RANG BELL! Is
this what ALL LAW ENFORCEMENT IN CONCORD AND IN CONTRA Costa COUNTY
CALL GOOD, PROPER? I should hope not. I ASK PEOPLE TO DEMAND THESE
SO CALLED LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS ARE MADE TO LEAVE US ALONE AND GO
AWAY!
We have on both sides in front house signs that state quite boldly "NO
TRESSPASSING" and another that says "PRIVATE PROEPRTY KEEP OUT" we
have even more of the same type in our back yard of which has been
violated by these so called law enforcement officers in the past. They
even BOAST of causing me to suffer HEART ATTACKS and causing me to
have suffered STROKES. They also aware that they caused my incurable
health condition to attack me.
I also have ulcerated colitis and chronic cromes. This action alone
can be construed as ATTMEPTED MURDER and at least ENDANGERMENT OF
LIFE, ENDANGERMENT OF HEALTH physical and mental PLUS emotional
health. At the smallest these ARE HATE CRIMES! And LAW ENFORCEMENT is
responsible and continues to commit HATE CRIMES obviously in hopes of
causing enough stress and terror of which is obviously so well
designed as to get me to COMMIT SUCIDE.
I DEMAND the guilty are arrested and all those so called officers out
of my life and away from OUR HOME and property. I DEMAND they keep off
my back and front yard. I DEMAND they stop sitting on my property
just thinking up things to arrest me and watching all of us even when
the toilet is used, when we are in our own beds alone, when we are
under the blankets alone as we do not do anything kinky, weird or
pleasure ourselves as they like to imagine that we do. I DEMAND the
PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA INVESTAGATES WHY these
vermin who are these so called LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS attacks us,
usage of HATE CRIMES, TERRORISM, ANTI DISABLED and ANTI JEWISH. (They
make comments outside of our temple and have been heard by others as
well).
IF ANYONE HAS LEGAL WEAPONS THAT CAN USE IT LEGALLY TO HELP DEFEND MY
FAMILY AND ME AND TO STOP THESE PEOPLE PEACEFULLY AT FIRST AND BY
FORCE BEING THE LAST RESORT! I can't live like this I can't eat sleep
rest etc. I HAVE BEGGED EVERY OFFICER TO END THIS. I have been
threatened with arrest, received death threats by law enforcement,
been the victim of hate crimes, conspiracies both by neighbors and the
law enforcement it self!
I have been trying to work with concord pd and a lieutenant who is a
nice guy.
