Can't sit still for too long, going to walk for an hour on my treadmill,

Me too, yet it's not the normal coming down, I think walking three miles on
the treadmill at a higher speed helped out, it wore me out, so now I'm just
tired, not crashy

i cant wait to get back to manic, ive had myself isolated for a week
now wishing someone would rescue me.
