It is warm here, maybe you can find a swamp heater or a used portable air
conditioner on sale locally or on ebay.

My apartment has (central) air conditioning, so I'm ok if I don't go
out. I have a portable swamp heater, but it doesn't work when it is very
humid like it is now.
