Does Astrology define 'good' and 'evil'?

When the late Carl Sagan was asked "Do you believe in God?",
he replied "That depends very much on what you mean by God".
In ancient times, Astrology was integral to the most devoutly
religious Astronomers in the world. Nowadays, it's more like
a novelty to be irreverently dabbled with, a "parlour trick".
As a devoutly Judeo-Xian judicial astrologer, I believe that
light and darkness are both good, necessary divine contrasts
in the zodiacal duality of God's infinite & eternal Universe;
the Yin, divine darkness, the Yang, divine light, being One.
But good and evil contrasts the good-will versus ill-will of
each and every choice-making mortal human's immortal psyche,
where inherent mortality is the result of soul's ill-will or
evildoings by thought, word and deed: whose disease afflicts
all ten planes of that soul-body, or "spirit-person" as the
ghost hunters call them--us, me, you, them, all fallen souls.
To summarize, "good and evil" as relates to the Astrology is
a function of properly guided or good-will, versus midguided
or ill-will, on the part of each soul temporarily incarnate,
focused, in the mortal physical body of his/her experiences;
where, being tempted into evil, bad habits are hard to break.
Thus, if we don't rule with God, God will surely overrule us.
But that's just my personal opinion.
Enjoy!
