back to topic, have you ever thought very much about what's
going on in your life that might be causing some of these
feelings? I'm not quite sure what you mean by "ideation",
but once, in my stay in the hospital I tried to commit
suicide. They tell me it was more of a cry for help,
because I was in a protected environment, but I still felt
it, and was traumatized by it. I did get the help I needed
though, but at great cost. My stay in the hospital was
extended for another three months, so I could break some
very harmful and destructive patterns I had fallen into.
They were going to release me too soon, because my
insurance was up for the month, and I wasn't ready to go
home yet. This has sort of been what I've been working on
during the past month or so, memories, feelings, and
beliefs that was causing the self-destruction. I feel
fortunate to be able to share this with you, I've come
pretty far :).

there is currently another Lisa here. i originally chose
the name because i wanted to be easily differentiated

what do you suggest? i've changed it here a couple of
times, but it just wasn't comfortable enough to keep,
so i went back. i've also considered changing it in
real life, but i think that would get confusing.
