suicidal ideation |
it's been particularly strong today. even through my therp appt,
which is unusual. it started a couple of days ago, but today's
the worst so far. i don't know what's causing it. i just know
it's very uncomfortable. it's hard to concentrate on life when
my head wants me to die.
i hate when i don't understand me.

i know its not easy to deal with especially if ya can't figure out
where/why.........
wish i could offer something better but i can't, sometimes all you can do is
just to keep working at it and hope for the best...........or at least try
or maybe even pretend to, at times............

i know its not easy to deal with especially if ya can't
figure out where/why.........
wish i could offer something better but i can't, sometimes
all you can do is just to keep working at it and hope for
the best...........or at least try or maybe even pretend
to, at times............

Sometimes it helps me to get out for a walk or be around people, like at a
store. I get feelings where I don't know where they come from too, some are
self-destructive and sometimes its another presence, or just a strange giddy
type of feeling. The important thing is to stay in touch with your
psychiatrist, I'm sure he knows you well.

it's not usually easy for me to go out, since i don't live
near stores and i have the kids to watch. it does sometimes
help to do something with the boys, though lately the impulses
are so strong that they intrude even then. i saw my pdoc
today, and see him regularly. if the ideation gets worse, i'm
to notify him and we'll probably increase one of my
antidepressants.
