Suicidal thoughts |
How to get rid of them ? they come and go, no job stability, no mental
health, no friends anymore, parents old and fading.
wish i could figure out how to make it look like an accident.

These are unsettling times.
Who'd you talk to about this?

What Franz asked...
And if you haven't talked to anybody, please do.
If you would like feedback, please feel free to post more information.
I will read what you post, and promise to post a reply (unless I have a
heart-attack, which is unlikely) within twenty-four hours.

PaulB, you need help. Please call a psychiatrist (or at least your GP)
right away to make an appointment. You can in fact get rid of suicidal
thoughts, but you do need the right kind of help. Your doctor will
understand, and can help you.

Talk to people here Paul - isolation is not good when you are feeling
like this. And, btw, you know your parents do not want to lose their
son.
