Support Groups In NH? |
I live in Southern NH and am looking for depression support groups. I
attend the DBSA group in Nashua sometimes and find it very helpful but
it is a long drive to get there.
Are there any groups operating in the Concord or Manchester areas?
Thanks in advance for any advice.
My therapist (and I) believe these support groups are helpful to me.
I'm unemployed and have no social life or friends that I see often. I
plan on showing up at the DBSA meetings in the future, from time to
time.

try your local community centre , they usually have a line on these things

evidently there's one in NYC on thursday nights. might be a longish
commute, tho.
