Hi ensoul,
Your therapist might have had a reason for wanting you to be in the
hospital. Maybe next time you could ask why and talk about suggestions
to help you with what you're dealing with, such as medication
management, or stress reduction. Am sorry if you're dealing with some
problems now.

I agree with David sometimes it is cause you need a med readjustment
sometimes you are the one foot in good area one foot in bad and to
prevent a further slide you go in
I say be proactive and do what you have to do but like david said, if
you can do it outpatient ask her what you can do to prevent inpatient
