That's the problem |
I took my sleep med this morning instead of my AD. Just figured
it out. That's why everything's been weird and foggy today.
Between mild drowsiness and withdrawal symptoms, I've been
really out of it. I won't do that again!

Forgetting tranylcypromine isn't a good idea. I'm surprised you didn't
get a reminder before bedtime.

Actually, I went to take my 5pm dose and realized I'd
accidentally taken Seroquel instead of tranylcypromine in the
morning. I'm really feeling it now, since my blood levels are
all off. It might take a couple of days before I feel more
normal again.

If I forget a dose, or take it too late, I'm definitely out of kilter
the next day.

It takes me 2-3 days to be completely back to myself. I had
withdrawal symptoms all day today.

Counting from the day I missed the dose on, I'm out of the space-time
loop on day 2, and still feeling odd on day 3. I don't remember feeling
more depressed, just weird, with strange hearing on day 2.

That sucks. Do they look alike or do you use one of those pill
holders, or did you just grab the wrong bottle? I doubt missing the
AD will mess you up much but yeah, if I took one of my Ambien's or
Klonny's in the morning I'd be in trouble.

They're both pink and round, but the AD's a big tablet and the
sleep med's teeny. I keep my meds in specific places, and for
some reason went to the wrong bottle. The cat had me up half the
night two nights in a row and my brain wasn't functioning this
morning. If I'm late taking my AD, I start getting withdrawal
systems. Miss a dose and I'm a mess.

A sleep med (and I took 3 instead of my nightly 2) on a groggy
morning to start with explains a lot.
