What can you expect from an organisation that refuses to allow any but
religious contributions on its 'Thought for the day', programme. They
changed the name from 'Prayer for today', but refuse to change the
content.
I blame lot of the BBC's faults on a lack of the courage to be
intellectually rigorous, so we get populist pap.

Here's a conspiracy theory for ya, which
contains not one fact that I can validate:
Gorbachev and Reagan were the only heads
of state to ever mention UFOs in
speeches to the UN. Both suggested that
it was remotely possible that a threat
to Earth might emerge someday. Both used
the threat of each other's country to
escalate the weapons buildup known as
Star Wars in the U.S. I don't know how
the Soviets labeled it, but anyways ...
The conspiracy theory is that both were
hardcore 'believers' and were in cahoots
to drum up the funding in their
countries for weapons they felt would be
used against a shared enemy of the
extra-terrestrial variety.
As a collector of conspiracy theories, I
found that one quite delightful, in a
way. Mikhail and Ronnie as buddies, off

If it's true, it's sad. Aliens with the intelligence and technology
to reach us might as well be Gods. And they'd have a detailed plan
for us long before arrival. They'd either lurk and observe, like
Jane, or conquer and move into Aaron's suberbia without Aaron's
explicit consent. They'd get all the chicks too. Then they'd catch a
virus harmless to humans, but fatal and incurable to them. And Tom
Cruise and Dakota Fanning will live to see another day in the end.

Can we work the Red Sox winning the

Aside from that, I don't think
intelligence and technology are next to
Godliness. And I suspect the plan, or
plans, have been in implementation for
quite some time. I really do. But,
perhap as with all plans dependent on
intelligence and technology, nothing has
gone according to plan. imo.

series.

That's the funniest part! That's what
makes it so completely an American
thing. Such a narrow view of the
universe. It should be called the
Outermost Galaxy Beyond Infinity Series.
And only my home team gets to play in it.

If the alien IT guy was silly enough to install Windows, then he deserves

She was a beautiful young woman respected in Hollywood ready to take

depressed. She was star struck, in love with Tom from childhood and
fell for the fantasy. I personally think she finds the real Tom

Yeah, but, is Heather Locklear really
helping Charlie Sheen with the custody
thing? If so, is it because Denise and
Richie are dating? The line at the
grocery store was long enough for the
headlines -- but not the inside of the mags.

I hadn't yet caught the Locklear/Sheen stuff. That sounds like a
stretch, she's way to classy to get anywhere near him. Then again she
was with Tommy Lee and Sambora, but they're just partiers whereas
Sheen parties, but also treats women like property. And he's a vocal
member of the 9/11 conspiracy group...nope, totally fabricated IMO.

Here's a conspiracy theory for ya, which contains not one fact that
can validate:
Gorbachev and Reagan were the only heads of state to ever mention
UFOs in speeches to the UN. Both suggested that it was remotely
possible that a threat to Earth might emerge someday. Both used the
threat of each other's country to escalate the weapons buildup
known as Star Wars in the U.S. I don't know how the Soviets
labeled it, but anyways ...
The conspiracy theory is that both were hardcore 'believers' and
were in cahoots to drum up the funding in their countries for
weapons they felt would be used against a shared enemy of the
extra-terrestrial variety.
As a collector of conspiracy theories, I found that one quite
delightful, in a way. Mikhail and Ronnie as buddies, off to save
the world. Hee!
If it's true, it's sad. Aliens with the intelligence and technology
to reach us might as well be Gods. And they'd have a detailed plan
for us long before arrival. They'd either lurk and observe, like
Jane, or conquer and move into Aaron's suberbia without Aaron's
explicit consent. They'd get all the chicks too. Then they'd catch a
virus harmless to humans, but fatal and incurable to them. And Tom
Cruise and Dakota Fanning will live to see another day in the end.
or help fend off the ones already here
What harm did Alpha Centaurians ever do to you?
it's not them, it's the reptiles.

Oh, them. We hire them from Galactic Equity, to pretend they control
you. Wipe the greasepaint off and they're perfectly normal lizard folk.

The opinions given above may be mine. They might also
just be what I feel like saying right now, okay?

is that fear and negative emotions help you move and think. us humans
are easy food.
