The Heat Is Turning my Brain into Mush....... |
Well, it is another summer, and I'm finally realizing that every time
during the summer I face a serious bout with depression. I'm in an
area where it hits over 100 degrees for over 100 days. Let's put it
this way, I live in a oven in Phoenix, Arizona. It is so bad that I
don't leave the house unless it is necessary. Fortunate Ebay has
given me the opportunity to become even more agoraphobic during these
months of hell. I just got married and life should be great but there
is a sense of gloom and my wife sees it. What can I do besides taking
weekend trips up to the mountains where it is beautiful, and cool. I'm
sick of taking meds, and I'm looking for ideas on how to fulfill my
life, wife, and my sanity. Please post your response, thank you
all...

Move somewhere cooler? Seriously; what keeps you where you are, that's
worth damaging your health for?
