the inevitable crash |
1) avoid jail
2) avoid marriage
3) avoid drugs and alcohol
with those three things, i think mania and depression are not life-altering
experiences.

not necessarily. it's important to stay of of jail and not
use/abuse ETOH/drugs. but you are missing other risks. there
are ppl who know about this, both professionally and first hand.
listen to them.
