I was really smooth. Lol. Maybe I was angry, I don't know. I lurked here a
few years ago, during the time that Chris died. I was the first time I was
seriously suicidal. Part of me wanted to be a part of the group, but I was
really questioning how long I would be on this planet. So, it comes to this,
you can say I am saying this because I don't really "fit" in the group. Or
not privy to what goes on here at any rate. And I don't think I need to be
here for years to realize that. I know what Chris did was his
responsibility. So that's what I remember, his political beliefs were what
the infighting was about. At least that is what I saw.I also saw how badly
his mother got trashed, like there was no other which was the worst of it.
And of course my political beliefs were challenged immediately when I came
here this time. When it comes to politics arguing with me is like (pardon
the awful pun - beating a dead horse). I don't have a problem with peoples
political beliefs if they are different than mine.
I don't have a whole lot to lose anymore, I have experienced enough in life
already. I've been through senseless deaths. I think I've seen (and I never
asked for it) enough of what people call RL, like it isn't happening here. I
don't expect to change anyone.
I think I had to come back here to see what it was about and maybe I don't
care all that much if you except me or not. I know there are good people
here. There are also people that will run you through first chance they get.
So I stand at the edge and you can come push me but, just for kicks I might
step out of the way. I'm not making threats but you can't trash my mom
because she is already dead.:P I've never asked anyone to take sides.
But for all the people that remain hidden, or anonymous or doubly
anonoumous, I understand you got to protect your self
So expel me to the pointless forest if you must, but for anyone who is here.
This is a great place to hide out if you are an ahole. After all the
atmosphere is created and maintained. I know I'm just a sore sport...
and just to make things perfectly clear, this is not a suicide threat.

fj, I think you're part of the group. It's strange and funny, as I've
been sitting here working it out in my mind as I work out my response to
you. I, too, was considering, the other day, my disparate realities,
internal and external. Like, a poster I like and feel, because of
what's been posted over the years, I know well, writes something that
gives me kind of a warm charge, a gladness, but I don't think I have
anything to say, or add, really, so I don't respond. I *feel* an
interaction, but as far as the group is concerned, it's as though I
don't exist, because I leave no hard evidence of my existence. But is
that true? No, sir. I think of groups that I've dropped into and then
out of, or even fled, and I'm *not* a part of those. Usually. But when
I come here and warm myself, even mutely, I *am* a part of this group,
and that is reality; it's just the way it is. I *am* here, feeling sad
for, and happy for, and hopeful for, and praying for, the people here.
And when, as lurkers sometimes do, I respond, or just post, part or all
of that may be in evidence, because it is, and always was, there.
So, if you'll forgive me, you're here. And you belong. As long as you
