Object: there's all kinds of people in the world
It's so sad, we spend so much time focusing on differances... we
get so angry at people who seem old fashioned, or modern, lowbrow or
highbrow, good looking or plain looking, jewish, christian, muslem,
hindu, atheist, rich or poor... we spend so much time focusing on
differances in so many different areas... we constantly compare
ourselves to everyone in so many areas, and judge everyone in so many
different ways... how rich we are, how talented, where we live,
whether black or white, how we dress, what we believe... how do we
focus more on what we have in common, instead of always comparing
ourselves to everyone? It's a strange jounrey, this journey on planet
earth... we all have many different sides to us... people think that
they know us, but we are only sharing certain sides to ourselves, just
ceertain sides... there's all kinds of people in the world... how do
we focus more on what we have in common? I guess you can't let people
define you... and it's ok to have mixed feelings... sometimes you
wonder, which feelings are more genuine and authentic, the ones that
seem more strong, and more dominant, or the ones you experaince in
certain moods, which are many? how do you know when you are really
being "yourself"? what does it mean to be yourself? Is it even
possible to fully "be yourself"? whatever that means... I guess you
just can't let people define who you are for you... we all have mixed
feelings, and many, many, many sides to us... maybe it's kind of like
an onion, an unraveling... we all have many layers... maybe the key is
to try and see the connections between things, the connections between
the various parts of yourself, the connections between yourself and
other people, the connections between people and animals and further
connections with the world, whether of the living or the non living...
maybe life is a matter of thought and feeling, matter and mind, on and
off, black and white, everything and nothing, all existing
simultaneously... It's great to see your family, and spend time with
them, to see New York, as well as many other places... it's a starnge
journey, this journey on planet earth, I guess we're all just sharing
different sides to us... you can't share everything, no matter what
words you use, what ideas you havem what voices or accents are in your
head, you can only share parts of yourself...

I don't think he means we as in asd. I think he means we like he's part
of The Borg.

I know... but I wish that everyone would vote for a democrat for
president!!! I do surveys with people, and not everyone is a democrat,
which is frustrating to me... I wish they were... I guess you just
have to remember to try and seperate people from their political
views.... there are no "democrats" or "republicans" in other words,
only people with those views... that's a good way of looking at it, I
think...

Yet you're sad that we focus on our differences? Which is it: stop
focusing on our difference, or start trying to get people who think
differently from you to start thinking like you?
