Object: this is stupid
it's 2:30 in the morning here, i slept a broken 4 hrs last night
and none since, but i just keep pressing the refresh button to
see if anyone's said anything yet. i'm not at all sleepy, but
it's stupid staying up like this when almost everyone else here
is sleeping.
i think it's time for another sleeping pill...

Before trazodone ( a time I can barely remember) I didn't get to sleep
before three or so, and woke up several times before morning. I kept
having to press my refresh button with naps during the day. I still do
despite six or seven hours sleep a night. I don't know if it's the meds
or the depression; it's hard to separate them.

The opinions given above may be mine. They might also
just be what I feel like saying right now, okay?

since i started parnate, i have to take naps during the day,
too. and before my sleep med (restoril), i'd wake up in the
middle of the night, unable to fall back asleep.

if I'm gonna sit-up much more I'll hafta chow a Soma
and probably a Klonnie. it gets rid of rising pain...
that stuff is user-transparent
not so the Halcion, altho with the cloneazepam added
it's a much smoother goto-sleep. the passage is a
put head on pillow and goto-sleep. not sharp transition
with square-wave shaped conscious/not conscious. it
is likely the ragged edge of retrograde amnesia. if
your memory is off, you are not aware of your self
it takes a memory stub to run the consciousness
program, at a minimum. if it goes, yer not aware

It's 2:30 here too. Hope you _aren't_ reading this, but are
sleeping. I have taught myself to regard USENET as a non-
interactive forum, and try not to expect posts other than
every other day or so. I know all about the "look again"
syndrome too.
