thought I'd lie down, just for a few minutes |
and guess what, it was only for that long, well 1/2 hour.
now I gotta go where I planned to go.

Good job! I have to set an alarm if I want to nap for an hour or
less.

I had the alarm set this morning, but I reached out and switched it off.
I had half an hour's sleep - more than I'd had all night - before
getting up to telephone my therapist and say I couldn't make group. I
tried to stay awake, but went back to bed. Then I got up. Then I went
back to bed. Then I got up. Then I went...
Now it's nearly midnight and I feel wide awake.
