It slips down a treat. I was looking at the stouts in Tescos during my
contemplation period, and it was top left. Mild is farther from stout
than bitter is, but someone read 'dark' on the dark-coloured cans and
using what little wits the minimum wage had assured them, hidden them
from anyone who was looking for them.
It's made in Lancashire, arch rival of all things Yorkshire, like
Tetley's Brewery just south of the centre of Leeds, where they brew a
very pleasant draught dark mild. Unless they don't can it, and local
stores have no ambit over what they can buy, that's what I should be
trying to save a can for Wynne.
He's never had Mild. What is there to be said for modern education?
Still, we've finally got him onto granary wholemeal bread, with salads
for his own made sandwiches. Roast chicken with Australian red tonight,
if the ingredients cluttering up the kitchen are anything to go by.

The opinions given above may be mine. They might also
just be what I feel like saying right now, okay?
