Handwashing
The most important thing you can do to keep from getting sick is to wash

Shared surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, telephones, keyboards
and other hard surfaces can also become contaminated with all kinds of
bacteria and viruses. Regular cleaning and disinfecting of these
surfaces can help.
Cough and sneeze etiquette
* Cover your nose and mouth when coughing or sneezing. Cough or
sneeze into your elbow, or use a tissue then dispose of used tissue in
the waste.
* Always wash hands after coughing and sneezing, or disposing of
tissues.
* Generally keep your hands away from your mouth, nose and eyes.
* Until influenza-like symptoms have disappeared, avoid contact with
individuals at risk, for example, small children, or those with
underlying or chronic illnesses such as immune suppression or lung
disease.
* Avoid contact with people who have influenza-like symptoms.
* Ask people to use a tissue and cover their nose and mouth when
coughing or sneezing and to wash their hands afterwards.
Flu Prevention
Play an active role in staying healthy and preventing the spread of
influenza - follow the tips above and
* Get an annual flu shot, and encourage your family to do so too.
* If you do get sick, stay home! If you go out, you may spread your
illness to co-workers, classmates, neighbors, or others. Wait until you
