Today has been ok, I didn't do much of anything, although I saw my
therapist, whom I hadn't seen in awhile. I also am getting my website and
weblog working again, its nice to be a little normal. Earlier, I went
through some anxiety. There is a lot of noise here, I think there is a
carnival going on on mainstreet or something - lots of engine noise and an
announcer. Hope that you are doing well, I have the 'sniffles', due to the
time of year but am generally ok.
